The Timewave Mobile Concierge provides the user with an ultra portable devices such as a PDA or Tablet PC. Using this device the concierge can attend to the clients needs, request further hospitality items, request engineering support to fix an item of equipment etc. This system can interface with an existing system using web service technology or it can be linked to a custom built solution.
